CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE:
o       Construction Documents
o       Technical drawings for construction & permits, specifications writing, product research, coordination with consultants, contractors and manufacturers, drafting instructions to general contractors, addenda and clarification for and coordination with contractors, substitution reviews, F.F.&E.
o       Budgetary pricing : coordination with outside consultants
 
CONSTRUCTION NEGOTIATION PHASE:
o       Contractor review and selection, bid review, contractual agreement, clarification for and coordination with contractors, substitution reviews.
 
CONSTRUCTION PHASE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
o       Construction phase drawing review and clarifications, review shop drawings as submitted by the contractors, coordination with consultants engineers + product manufacturers and contractors, documentation of change orders, review applications for payment as submitted by the contractor, punch list review and documentation, periodic construction site observation, field reports and Record Drawings.
 
POST CONSTRUCTION
o       Customer follow-up reviews.
