- Expand an existing family room & garage area.
- Create a connection from pool area to basement walk-out patio.
- Create a vaulted ceiling that would work with the existing vaulted ceiling of the kitchen.

Concept Solution:
- Create an attractive informal side entry for guest arriving by car at the driveway so that they no longer have to walk though the garage and laundry room.
- Bay window to focus on side play yard area.
- Exterior materials and style to blend with existing architecture/materials/color.
- Semi-circular clerestory windows link east and west visual axis from an existing swimming pool area to the play yard.
